Ocean View

There it was; the ocean. It was a light blue that darkened into a dark blue. You could hear the waves crashing on the sand with a “woosh” and “splash.” The sand was white and soft to walk on, but some of the places were hot to the touch so you had to walk across the shore fast. The water would splash up on the shore as you walked out further and further into the sea. The further you walked out the less you have to worry about getting knocked down by the small yet powerful waves. The waves would knock you down and it would feel as if you were becoming part of the ocean as it moved toward the shore with you spinning around in the wave. The water was warm and not many places were cold to the touch. You didn’t have to worry about the water because, it was nice to swim around in and just relax on our foam boards. It is a good memory to have of just staying out in the water on the foam boards with no worries except just to have fun. This summer was the first time I saw the ocean view and what the ocean is like. I will never how fun the ocean was or what it looked like.It was a summer of 2019 is a summer I will never forget.
